Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable postage to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our technicians inspect the returned tools, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
